General shipping rate information
All orders are dispatched 1-3 working days after they have been placed. UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. International orders will be shipped by a reputable courier.

Returns
UK orders only. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return your order to Jessica Rising Studio, 34 Hereford Street, Presteigne, Powys, LD8 2AT within 28 days of purchase with order number and contact details. A refund will be made within 2 days of receipt of return.
